great time for change! The shift in momentum will prepare you for a great 2009.
End the negativity and judgment, and focus on becoming a better person. Yes,
it's difficult, but try it. Baby steps: the next time you're about to dish out a
disparaging comment, keep it to yourself. Start with once a day. Over time,
increase the frequency. And while you're at it, strive for these qualities:
humility, integrity, compassion gentility, forgiveness and patience.
